The program is designed to teach all levels of basketball fundamentals and drills as well as fitness. This effort is not only to guarantee the continuance of a basketball program available to children of all levels but in addition provide the tools to maintain healthy lifestyles.

Shooting

Along with the fundamental skills of passing, dribbling, defense, and rebounding. A large part of shooting is the mental attitude. The integration of the mental and mechanical aspects of shooting fosters shooting success.

Balance

Balance exercise is one of the four types of exercise along with strength, endurance, and flexibility. Ideally, all four types of exercise would be included in a healthy workout routine.

Rebounding

It doesn't matter if you are playing offense or defense, getting a rebound is critical for your team to have control of the ball. Knowing position on the court and knowing where the ball is at all times will give you the best chance of bringing down a rebound

Footwork

Proper footwork is the foundation of the game of basketball. Proper footwork can enhance any player's ability to play offense, defense, rebound or any other part of the game of basketball.
