The Training Program
Our training sessions are carefully designed, taking into consideration not only your goals, but also your ability, level, your understanding of exercise, basketball fundamentals, and your level of commitment and dedication. FD Fitness and Hoops are divided into (2) one and a half hr training sessions. Your trainer will be right there to guide you every step of the way!
SHOOTING
